The Bicycle on the Sidewalk

The Bicycle on the Sidewalk

In early 2025, I lived an experience that perfectly illustrates how feeling shapes reality.

It was March. I was spending almost the entire day seated, deeply focused on completing my income tax declaration — something I had never done before and, to make it more interesting, completely different from how it’s done in Brazil. The routine was intense, filled with forms, details, and adjustments that required full concentration.

Somewhere between one calculation and another, a thought crossed my mind: how could I make this process lighter, more dynamic? Then a simple, yet inspired idea emerged: “What if I had an exercise bike instead of a chair? That way, I could work while cycling…” The image was so vivid that, at times, I could actually feel myself pedaling as I typed.

It wasn’t a formal request to the universe — it was a thought infused with feeling, a desire that came from the body and took shape within me. A thought married to sensation. And that’s when the universe responded, as it always does when there’s coherence between feeling and thought.

On March 11, I looked out the window and saw something improbable: there was an exercise bike left on the sidewalk, right in front of my house. Curious, I went outside and asked my neighbor if he knew anything about it. He replied casually, “It’s for donation.”

I smiled — that kind of smile that comes when you recognize the subtle touch of synchronicity — and brought the bike inside. Since that day, it’s become part of my daily rhythm. I work, write, study, and all the while, I pedal miles — both in body and in consciousness.

“Reality aligns itself with the feeling you choose to live in the present.”

— Edmar Sasaki

This experience reminded me once again that conscious creation doesn’t happen through effort or willpower, but through the softness of alignment. When an idea is felt as real — even if still invisible — the field rearranges itself quietly to reflect that state of being.

The secret was in the feeling. It wasn’t about chasing the bike, nor insisting for it to appear. It was about being in the state of already having it — and in that state, the universe simply echoed what already existed within me.

Manifestation is never about the object itself — it’s about resonance. Life always responds in harmony with the frequency of your dominant feeling.
Feeling is the Bridge
